On the tranquil island of Mali Lošinj, Hotel Alhambra is a place of quiet opulence and sophisticated luxury. Alfred Keller is the signature restaurant here and has been appropriately awarded a Michelin Star for its incredible Mediterranean dining experience. Fling Bar Services were enlisted to help elevate the cocktail menu and diversify the spirits offering with unique and exciting liquors. While on-site, the idea for an in-room cocktail service was set in motion, requiring shelf-stable drinks and an aesthetic bottle to serve them in.

Seasonal Aperitifs and Digestifs

Perfect to enjoy before or after dinner, classic aperitifs like the Americano were given a twist of seasonal Mediterranean flavour, including ingredients from the garden only a short walk from the restaurant itself.

The In-Room Concept

Four categories were designed, using vermouth as a base and supplemented with choice liqueurs and homemade infusions.

The options were "Dry", "Aromatic", "Spiced" and "Sweet". Labels were printed, cut and applied by hand to miniature bottles.

Design elements were inspired by the elegant Art Nouveau stylings of Hotel Alhambra and reflected the ingredients in the bottle.
